Shanghai OSN Auto Parts Co., Ltd., founded in 2012, has its sales office in Shanghai’s Qingpu District and factory in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou – the “Bearing Capital of China”. With over $20 million in total investment and a 20,000 – square – meter area, it houses 16 modern bearing production lines, having a monthly output of 600,000 sets.

The company uses sophisticated mechanical manufacturing techniques, high – quality special steel, high – precision grinding, and dust – free assembly procedures. Specializing in R & D and production of auto – bearing products like wheel – hub bearings, units, flanges, and repair kits, these are widely applied in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial machinery, enjoying a good reputation in domestic and international OEM/ODM/AS markets.

Guided by the vision of “safety”, “energy conservation”, “innovation”, and “technology”, the company constantly upgrades product tech content and safety. It has passed IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality system certifications. Annually, a large amount of funds and professionals are allocated from basic experiments to production applications, covering raw materials like steel, lubricating grease, and cages, as well as product design, forging, automated assembly, and quality inspection, ensuring product superiority.
